Acupuncture $40 per treatment

Acupuncture is the systematic insertion of hair-thin needles into specific points on the body to elicit a healing response.
Does it hurt? No, although a person may feel a 'zap' or electrical zing for a moment similar to touching a doorknob in winter, but it goes away quickly.

Gua Sha $20 per treatment

Gua Sha roughly translates to 'scraping away disease'.
Utilizing a tool, the practitioner uses a tool to help relieve pain, increase circulation to an area, break up adhesions and scar tissue to promote healing.
It is not the most comfortable treatment, but feels great afterwards. The redness & bruising only appears over areas that have a problem, and goes away after a day or two.

Cupping is similar in function to Gua Sha. Instead of scraping, glass cups are placed over specific areas to relieve pain, promote circulation, and relieve muscle tension.
